Allure is a trade name of Organizen. The business customer contracts with Organizen.
2. What the contract covers
Allure designs and delivers custom websites and web experiences: product staging, scroll animations, business modules (3D view, configurator, order taking) and, depending on the plan, monthly maintenance; as an option, monthly video ads for social networks.
The exact scope of an order is that of the accepted quote. The online configurator produces an estimate; only the signed quote binds both parties.
3. Prices and quote validity
Contract prices are set in euros and include French VAT (20%). They are firm for the validity period of the quote. The dollar amounts shown on this page and on the English pages of the site are converted at a fixed rate of 1.10 for the reader's convenience; the amount invoiced and payable is the euro amount, shown in parentheses the first time each amount appears.
The quote is valid for 7 days
After that period, prices may be revised: they depend on volume discounts and production costs that change over time. An expired quote can still be viewed; simply ask for a new one, free of charge.
French VAT (20%) is included, so nothing is added to the stated amount: the customer pays exactly the price shown.
Transaction fees (bank card, direct debit, currency exchange) and any ancillary costs are not included in the project price and are itemized on the final quote. Subscriptions the customer takes out with third parties (domain name, hosting of their choice) remain the customer's responsibility and are held in the customer's name.
The 48-hour Starter is a starting point
The price actually paid for a 48-hour Starter is deducted from the price of an Essential, Signature or Ultra plan ordered afterward for the same business. The Starter page is then replaced by the new website; its monthly subscription ends when the new website goes live.
4. Payment
Unless the quote provides otherwise, payment is made in two stages: a 30% deposit when the quote is accepted, and the balance on delivery, after the customer has approved the website.
Payment in several installments
For any project of $1,650 (1,500 EUR) or more, payment can be split into several installments, with no fees or interest. The installments are tied to the project milestones (signature, production milestones, go-live). Their number and schedule are agreed before signature and written on the quote.
Each installment is covered by a separate invoice, issued on its date and payable within the period stated on that invoice, which never exceeds sixty days after issue (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). Payment is made by bank card or bank transfer. The customer may pay off the remaining installments early at any time, without penalty.
This split is a billing facility between businesses. It is neither a loan nor a split payment within the meaning of the French Consumer Code: Allure grants no credit and involves no financing company.
The website goes live on delivery. Payment in installments does not delay its publication; however, the transfer of usage rights takes effect on payment in full (Article 8).
Accepted payment methods
- bank card, through the payment provider's secure payment page;
- bank transfer.
No bank details are entered or stored on the Allure website: payment takes place with the payment provider.
Late payment
Any amount not paid when due automatically bears penalties at the European Central Bank interest rate plus 10 points, as well as a flat recovery fee of $44 (40 EUR) (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). Two unpaid installments suspend maintenance after a formal notice that has gone unanswered for fifteen days.
5. Lead times and process
The delivery period starts on receipt of the deposit and of all the materials the customer must provide. It is stated on the quote. Two rounds of revisions are included; beyond that, changes are covered by an additional quote.
A delay caused by the customer providing materials late extends the delivery period accordingly, with no compensation.
6. What the customer provides
- the business information: name, address, opening hours, contacts;
- its legal notices, and its own terms of sale if it sells online;
- its photos, videos, logos and texts, if it has any;
- its prices and catalog, in the version to be published.
The customer warrants that it holds the rights to every item it supplies and is solely responsible for their content.
7. Content generated by artificial intelligence
Part of the visuals, videos and texts is produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools. The customer is informed of this and accepts it.
This content is staged: it illustrates an atmosphere and is not a faithful photograph of a specific product, dish or property. Before publication, it is up to the customer to check that the delivered visuals do not create confusion about what they sell, in particular with regard to the rules on misleading advertising.
8. Ownership of the delivered website
After payment in full, Organizen grants the customer an exclusive right of use, unlimited in time, over the delivered website and its specific content, for the customer's business.
Organizen retains ownership of its engines, technical components and methods, which are reused from one project to the next. The customer retains ownership of everything it supplied.
Unless the customer objects in writing, Organizen may cite the project and show excerpts of it among its own references.
9. Maintenance and subscription
The Signature plan includes a monthly maintenance and update subscription, billed from delivery. It can be canceled at any time with thirty days' notice, without justification and without penalty.
The subscription covers hosting of the website, technical updates, monitoring and a volume of updates specified in the quote. Overages of that volume, like usage beyond the contractual limits (traffic, storage, generations), are billed according to the rate schedule in the quote. The customer is warned before reaching a limit; absent agreement, the service is capped and the website stays online.
Video ad subscription
With any plan, the customer may take out a monthly video ad subscription: Discovery ($65 per month including VAT, 2 twenty-second ads), Agency ($131 per month including VAT, 4 twenty-second ads and one 45-second film) or Network ($274 per month including VAT, 10 twenty-second ads and 2 forty-five-second films). Each video is delivered in vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 formats. With the Essential plan, the first 20-second ad is free; with Signature and Ultra, it is included in the video production.
A video of the month that is not used is carried over to the following month, once only: beyond one month, it is lost and no refund is due. The customer may pause the subscription for one or two months; nothing is charged during the pause and the subscription then resumes on its own. Like the maintenance subscription, it can be canceled at any time with thirty days' notice, without justification and without penalty.
Hosting and domain name: who does what
Organizen hosts the delivered website, installs the certificate, monitors availability and applies technical updates. The customer remains the holder of its domain name, with the registrar of its choice; it states on the quote who manages that domain today. Organizen tells the customer the two DNS settings to apply, or applies them on its behalf if the customer gives it access; any other work on the domain (transfer, email, subdomains) is outside the contract and quoted separately. An online store built on a third-party platform (Shopify or equivalent) is opened in the customer's name, and the customer pays its subscription directly; Organizen, a partner of these platforms, may receive a referral commission from them, which is not added to the customer's invoice. Hosting imposed by the customer is covered by a separate quote.
10. Personal data
The information sent through the validation form is used solely to prepare the quote and to follow up on the request. It is neither sold nor transferred. It is kept for three years from the last contact.
Measuring demo visits
When a visitor opens an Allure demo from a link in one of our prospecting emails, that link carries a code that ties the visit to the business contact the email was sent to. We then record which demo they viewed, the day and time of the visit, how far they scrolled, how long they stayed, and whether they clicked “Request a quote” or “See a demo”. This information is used solely to follow up with them, by email or through an advisor, about what they viewed. No new data is collected about them: their name and business address are those already in our prospecting file. Legal basis: Organizen's legitimate interest in prospecting businesses. This information is kept for 13 months at most, then deleted automatically.
The link's code is kept in the browser, for the length of the visit, only if the visitor has accepted cookies; otherwise it is not stored on their device. A visitor who arrives without this code is only counted: number of visits, passes at the halfway point and at 90% of the page, clicks and total time, by demo and by day, with no personal data, kept for 25 months. This tracking uses no cookie and does not record the IP address: it is used only, in memory and for ten minutes, to curb abuse. The data is hosted with Supabase and Cloudflare, like the rest of the site; no advertising network has access to it.
Anyone may object to this tracking at any time, through the unsubscribe link in each of our emails or by replying STOP: the follow-ups stop and their visits are no longer tied to their name, they are only counted. They may also write to [email protected].
The customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which it exercises at [email protected]. The customer may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) if it believes its rights have been infringed.
11. Liability
Organizen has an obligation of means regarding design and go-live. Its liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
Organizen is not liable for interruptions attributable to hosting, payment or network providers, nor for the consequences of a change made by the customer or by a third party to the delivered website.
12. Termination
In the event of a serious breach by one of the parties, the other may terminate after a formal notice that has gone unanswered for thirty days. The deposit remains with Organizen in respect of the work already undertaken; amounts paid beyond the work performed are refunded.
The business customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal that applies to consumers, since the service is custom-made at its request.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the district of Organizen's registered office.
